1. Colon cancer is one of a leading cancer which can be prevented by doing early colonoscopy. people are reluctant to do colonoscopy as a taboo thought about anal canal examination. people also fear of pain during the procedure.

we developed a special technique of colonoscopy where we make the procedure less pain and more comfortable to the patient. in conventional colonoscopy air or co2 is used. by using air or co2 colon get distended and colon become more tortuous and procedure become more difficult. ultimately more painful and complication occure.

in our technique we use water instead of air . we use distal attachtment cap. there is no loop formation in our technique.

here we see an advanced colonic cancer where annular variety is seen.
