ANASTOMOTIC STRICTURE IS NOT UNCOMMON AFTER SURGERY.
CAUSE MAY BE BENIGN , RECURRENCE OF PREVIOUS MALIGNANT DISEASE OR POST RADIATION.

Laparoscopic surgery is the necessity now a days. Previously it was thought that laparoscopy is a lux\nury. In Bangladesh laparoscopy has started at 1990. Laparoscopic surgery significantly developed in Bangladesh. We regularly do advanced laparoscopic surgeries in our hospital in the Department of surgery dhaka Medical College and hospital.
Laparoscopy has significant rule in diagnostic, therapeutic and palliative use at different decipline in surgery.
No modern surgery can not be stand Without laparoscopic surgery.
This patient 60 year old male has huge ascites with upper abdominal lump.endoscopy finding normal. vitals normal. Gene xpert negative. We do a diagonostic laparoscopy.
We are waiting for ascites fluid study and histopathological report and reviw of gene xpert

endoscopic mucosal resection is a standard procedure for broad base polyp. we usually use saline with indigo carmine to inflate the mucosal layer.
